Only you. You pay once for a report, and that's the only money we make. We take nothing from lenders, no referral fees, no ads, no partner deals. That's exactly why we can tell you the truth about your loan.
Why isn't this free like other mortgage tools?
Because the "free" ones are paid for by lenders, so their answers quietly favor whoever pays the most. This can end up costing you thousands, even tens of thousands of dollars due to you getting sucked into a bad deal. We'd rather you pay a small one-time fee and get an honest answer that's on your side.
What if you can't figure out my paperwork?
Then you don't pay. If your document is the wrong type, too blurry to read, or missing key details, we refund you automatically and email you why. It happens fast.
What's the difference between a Check and a Pilot?
