For real estate agents
White-label Closing Disclosure audits for your clients
Your buyers get their Closing Disclosure a few days before closing, and many don't know what to check. Run a line-by-line audit of it against their Loan Estimate, branded with your agency's name and logo, and hand them a clear list of questions for the lender.

What your clients get
The full Closing Disclosure Audit, in your name
It's the same report consumers buy as a Closing Disclosure Audit, with your branding in place of ours.
What changed, side by side
Loan amount, rate, payment and fees from the Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure, with each fee labeled by its federal tolerance group.
What the lender may owe back
Increases that go past the zero or 10% tolerance limits, totaled, so your client knows what a refund should look like.
Questions to raise
Specific, dollar-level questions your client can put to the lender in writing before or at closing.
Cash to close, explained
Why the amount to bring moved, broken into closing costs, amounts paid before closing, credits and payoffs.
Your brand
Your name on every report
Your agency name, logo and accent color on every PDF, plus an optional disclaimer of your own.
The footer reads "Prepared by" with your name or your agency's, then "Powered by Mortgage Lens", so the source of the analysis stays transparent.
Download the PDF, or copy a share link from your dashboard. Anyone with the link can open the report, so send it only to your client. You can turn a link off at any time.

The sample shows the full report with our standard branding. On your audits, your agency's name, logo and color replace it.
How it works
From upload to a branded report
Step 1: Set up your agency
Sign in or create a free account, name your agency, and pick a plan. Add your logo, accent color and an optional disclaimer in settings.
Step 2: Start an audit for a client
Label it so you can find it later, then upload your client's Loan Estimate and Closing Disclosure. The PDFs from the lender work best.
Step 3: Share the branded report
The PDF is usually ready in a few minutes. Download it and send it yourself, or copy a share link for your client.

FAQ
Questions from agents
Who is this for?
Real estate agents and small brokerages who want to give buyers an independent check of their Closing Disclosure before closing, under the agency's own brand.
What does my client see?
A PDF report with your agency's name, logo and accent color. The footer names you or your agency as the preparer and adds "Powered by Mortgage Lens", so the source of the analysis is clear.
How do I share a report?
Download the PDF and send it yourself, or copy a share link from your agent dashboard. Anyone with the link can open the report, so send it only to your client. You can turn a link off at any time.
What counts as one audit?
One client file. An audit is counted when you create it, and re-running the same audit doesn't use another one. Your allowance resets each billing period, and unused audits don't carry over.
Can my whole team share one plan?
Not yet. Each plan includes one seat today. Multi-seat access for teams is coming soon.
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly by card through Stripe. The account owner can update the card or cancel with Manage billing in the agent dashboard. After you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the billing period.
Is the audit legal advice?
No. It explains what changed between the two documents, which federal rules apply, and what to ask the lender. It doesn't tell anyone whether to sign. We never take money from lenders.
